The wicked Dr. Edo has summoned Evil Spirits to take over the city, and haunt everyone and everything in it. This was an April Fool's update that Askiisoft put out for Katana Zero. As far as I know, it's only available on the Steam versions of the game and only available in English.
To access Katana Hero, follow these instruction in your steam client:
1) Right-click the game in your library.
2) Go to Properties, then click Betas.
3) Enter 'notthedlcbro' and choose the beta branch.
