We cannot ( and should not) diagnose others as it's quite an effort for the professionals themselves.

What se can do is arm ourselves with knowledge of signs of narcissism and associated behaviours to look for.

Be it vulnerable narcissism, the hidden female covert narcissist, or the grandiose narcissists in your life. Spot them early and get away.

Just say no mo re. Watch how they react when you say nothing at all. Tell them no and stop feeding them. There reaction is your answer.
