Joining us now is Joanna Helm ’23, a senior at Notre Dame in the Mendoza College of business. As part of a class taught by Professor Wendy Angst, Joanna had the opportunity to work with the Saint Bakhita’s vocational training center in Uganda, a school catering primarily to young women who had been abducted by the Lord’s Resistance Army. Joanna is here to tell us about her experience working with these exceptional young women.
