Island Pag was very special. Despite its barren rocky nature, it is wonderful and unique. There are many hidden spots, where it is possible to camp, especially during off season. The hike on the Life on Mars Trail was an interesting experience – walking on such terrain is not easy and one really
needs to have good hiking shoes and plenty of water. The trail is 16.28 km long and one needs to overcome 467 altitude meters. Also the area of Sveti Duh is special as there one can see petrified wood and coal from the times when dinosaurs roamed this land. The 14 km hike up Sveti Vid was
filled with adrenaline and was really enjoyable once the initial fear was overcome, and the views were just magical. For sure, we will be back soon.

For the Life on Mars Trail we parked on the beach Dražica (N44.520812, N14.989156) with nobody around ... this can only happen off season :-)
