ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!! ATTENTION!!!
It has been pointed out that my video is actually showing a 6-pin 6-connectors (6P6C) RJ11. I was shipped the wrong thing and clearly didn’t not notice until after uploading. This video will work if you have the 4-pin connector or the 6-pin 4-connectors (6P4C) RJ11. The sequence for 6-pin is (left to right):

White-Green • White Orange • Solid Blue • White Blue • Solid Orange • Solid Green

Really anything arrangement can work as long as they are the same on both ends.
