One of the biggest problems facing the kayak bass fishing tournament scene is the self inflicted issue of misrepresenting and/or lying about viewership and attendance numbers. Fishing organizations do this to try and acquire financial support from communities and fishing sponsors using embelished or outright fake numbers and statistics. All this does is hurt the growth of kayak fishing in the short and long term. Let me know your thoughts on this in the comments.
