This is a recipe for ramyunttang made with sugar and mayonnaise featured on 'The Paikfather'.
Try making it at home if you feel like having a snack. It’s a perfect pair for beer!

Ramyunttang

[Ingredients]

1 pack of ramyun
Ramyun seasoning
3 tbsp (48g) mayonnaise
2 tbsp (24g) brown sugar

[Directions]

1. Put the ramyun on a plate and evenly squeeze mayonnaise on top.
2. Use a spatula or spoon to spread the mayonnaise thoroughly on all sides.
3. Use a spoon to sprinkle brown sugar on top of mayonnaise.
4. Flip over and spread mayonnaise and brown sugar on the other side.
5. Put the ramyun on a microwave-safe plate and cook for about 2 min 20 sec.

Tip: Adjust time between 2 – 3 minutes depending on the type of microwave.

Tip: Flip once in the middle to make sure both sides are brown since the bottom part of ramyun turns brown more easily.
6. Remove the ramyunttang from the microwave and sprinkle ramyun seasoning on both sides.
7. Let it cool and break into smaller pieces to eat.
