Recipe:

2-3lbs Venison Ground
1lb Bacon or Chorizo
8-12 Garlic Cloves
1/4 cup Chili Powder
2 TBL Paprika
2 TBL Pepper
2 tsp Clove
2 TBL Curry Powder
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
Salt to Taste
1 qt Beef Broth
1 cup black coffee
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup oyster sauce
2oz dried Guajillo peppers
2oz dried Pasilla peppers (mild), or 2oz Arbol peppers (spicy)
2 Onions
2 Green Bell Peppers
3 stocks of Celery
1/4 cup Maple syrup
3 Star Anise each
20oz diced tomatoes and Green chili
6oz Tomato Paste
1 bottle of Dude Man Peach Chipotle by Silas Sauce
