Lynx is building the world’s #1 medical data science platform, Collaborative and privacy safe. Daily, clients upload medical datasets to our system. To simplify the EDA process of such datasets, which often contain many tables, we infer and plot the Entity Relations Diagram (ERD) of the provided datasets. This talk will show how we combine Pandas, fuzzy string matching, and ERDot to build a simple solution.
