I've begun the prep for my next comp and here was a little test of the progress I've made from last macro cycle.

AM Session
- Strict Press 6 x 5 /45-60kg
- Back Squat 5 x 5 /130kg
- Snatch Pull 6 x 3 /90kg
- Bodybuilding

PM Session
- No Foot Snatch + Snatch up to 90kg
- Power Clean + Jerk up to 105kg
