A&Z #1052 - Professional eater Randy Santel versus Windhill Pancake Parlor's 12-Egg American "Ironman" Breakfast Challenge w/ 3 Chili Cheese Omelets hosted by Windhill Pancake Parlor in McHenry, Illinois!! I took a trip down to McHenry, Illinois so I could attempt this "Ironman" Breakfast Challenge I've been wanting to try for a long time. A few of my competitive eating friends have beaten this and I wanted to join them up on the Wall of Fame plaque. I had 1 full hour to feast on three 4-egg breakfast omelets (12 eggs total), each filled with healthy grilled onions, green peppers, mushrooms, and jalapenos, plus cheese. Each omelet was covered with more cheese and a ladle of homemade meatless chili, served on a pizza tray with a giant "unhealthy" portion of American fries, or breakfast potatoes. The food challenge also included 2 buttermilk biscuits and I was trying to win my $25 breakfast meal free (it actually then costs $2 if you win) plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on the Wall of Fame plaque. BIG thanks to everyone with Windhill Pancake Parlor in McHenry, Illinois for the wonderful food, drinks, dessert, and hospitality!! Windhill Pancake Parlor's American "Ironman" Breakfast Challenge in McHenry, Illinois ($25):

- Windhill Pancake Parlor has been serving the McHenry, Illinois area for many years now.
- This Ironman Breakfast Challenge has been available for most of those years with few winners.
- There are three 4-egg omelets, each filled with green peppers, mushrooms, onions, and cheese.
- I added pickled jalapenos to mine and each omelette gets covered with chili and more cheese.
- The challenge includes a giant "unhealthy" portion of American fries plus 2 buttermilk biscuits.
- The pecan bread eaten at the end of the video was just optional. No drinks were required either.
- Winners earn their $25 meal free (actually it then costs $2), plus a sweet t-shirt & Wall of Fame.
- Please call ahead and schedule your challenge at a non-busy time if you're interested in trying.
