My Toro CCR Powerlite Snowblower has a 110V electric starter motor 70-7802. After my last video, where I replaced the cracked mounting bracket and pinion drive gear, the motor wouldn't run. I need to disassemble it, make some electrical measurements, and see if I can find a problem. I don't know what type of motor this was, so it required some investigation.
