The Tenerife Bluetrail is a 101km race from sea level almost to the top of Spain's highest peak, Tiede. The mountain stands at 3700m. The race climbs to the highest publically accessible point at 3500m. It then drops back down to finish at sea level again.

Richard and I took on the race in June 2019 and it's another Film My Run classic.
