Ingredients (Recipe) - Chicken Feet Recipe - Dim Sum Style:
1 lb Chicken Feet
100g Ginger
2 Stalks Green Onion
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
2 tbsp Maltose Syrup
3 Cups Vegetable Oil for Frying
1/2 Litter Ice Water
Sauce:
100g Mashed Garlic
100g Sliced Ginger
150g Rock Sugar
1 tbsp Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1 tbsp Cooking Wine
3 Star Anise
2 Bay Leaf
1 tsp Peppercorn
1 tbsp Black Bean Paste
1 tbsp Black Bean
3 cup Water
1 tsp Crushed Chili
