Today I cooked a Philly Cheese steak sandwich on my custom flat top griddle I made a year or two ago. I used the left over smoked rib eye I had from the previous Saturday. Ingredients are shitake mushrooms, onions, green pepper, jalapeno, avocado, and the rib eye. Put them all on a poboy bun. Frickin delicious!!!
