Newark Liberty International Airport has faced a turbulent week, ahead of what’s expected to be a record July Fourth for air travelers. Bad weather and a one-day shortage of air traffic controllers led to widespread delays earlier this week, but the airport resumed to business as usual on Tuesday with fewer delays.
