Ever since I got the boat, one of the rope clutches was broken. I found out the brand is Spinlock and even though this is an out-dated model you can still buy the handles separately.

So I ordered a couple, detached the clutches, disassembled them and gave them a haul-over.
I then put them back in place and mounted them again.
