OFCOM has ruled that Piers Morgan’s comments on the Duchess of Sussex’s interview with Oprah Winfrey were “potentially harmful and offensive” but ruled Good Morning Britain was not in breach of the broadcasting code.

Piers Morgan said the Ofcom ruling was a “resounding victory”.

But Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu says the decision 'whitewashes' Piers Morgan's "offensive" comments about the Duchess of Sussex.
