Turkish pide boats, filled with cheese, meat or even with eggs and suçuk on top - thse taste amazing, just like they do at Turkish restaurants 😍

I NG R E D I E N T S:
Yeast dough:
450 g of flour type 405
200 ml of water, lukewarm
15 g of fresh yeast (alternatively 1 tsp of dry yeast)
1 tsp of sugar
40 g of olive oil
70 g of yogurt, 1,5% or 3,5% fat content
1 level tsp of salt
For the cheese filling (2 pide):
300 g of sheep's cheese
50 g of gouda cheese
A handful of parsley
1 tbsp of olive oil
(Optional: Add 1 tsp of pomegranate syrup, also very delicious! 😋)
For the meat filling (2 pide):
400 g of minced beef meat
1 onion
1 tbsp of paprika paste
A handful of parsley
1 level tsp of cumin
0,5 tsp of salt

For brushing:
1 egg
1 tbsp of milk
After baking:
1 tbsp of butter
And last but not least... optinally:
3 slices of suçuk per pide (Turkish garlic sausage) or an egg
🔥 220°C of top and bottom heat
🕑 12-14 minutes
