Hello
Today, God willing, we will have two important things, which are the signs of damage to the disc and cylinder head in the car, and the causes that lead to this damage.

The clutch kit consists of 3 main pieces
1- clutch cylinder or clutch cylinder
2- CLUTCH DISK
3- Clutch wear

And when any of these three parts is damaged, distinct and different symptoms appear for each piece, so you should pay attention and focus well in all the upcoming information

First, what are the signs of a clutch cylinder damage?
First: One of the most prominent signs that the clutch system is damaged in the car is the inability of the car to move, and here the car must be quickly dragged to the nearest car maintenance center.

Secondly:
Having a tremor or shaking when starting to move the car

Often the reason for this happening is the exposure of the clutch cylinder to warping.

Third: the presence of a weakness in the engine torque,

This is clearly evident when cars climb hills.

Or in the case of overloading cars, for this it is always recommended to check the clutch, because its problems lead to stopping the car,

Until you take the necessary maintenance, it is worth noting that the weakness of the clutch leads to excessive fuel consumption, so prevention is always better than cure.

As for the signs of damage to the second piece of the clutch disc, CLUTCH DISK
First: Hear the sound of the gears colliding in the gearbox when one of the gears is given
Especially the rear for not separating the gear from the engine due to the wear of the clutch disc

Second: Difficulty and heavy pressure in the clutch pedal (the clutch pedal)
Third: engine concussion at the start of the movement from stability

As for the signs of damage to the third piece, the clutch wear
It will be as follows
Hearing a crackling or scratching sound when pressing the clutch pedal and disappearing when lifting the foot from it and hearing this crackling when ascending heights

What are the causes of disc and disc damage?
Most of these reasons lie in the misuse and wrong habits that drivers follow while driving
Among the most prominent of these reasons are the following:

First: To press the clutch pedal continuously, even when the car is stopped.

Which increases the load on the clutch cylinder. Usually drivers do this when stopping at traffic lights.
So it is better when you stop at a traffic light
Or anywhere else that the movement is completely separated and put in a neutral position so that the cylinder is not damaged by this act.

Second: Placing the foot on the clutch pedal when moving the car, even if it is at small speeds.
This increases the friction of the cylinder, which leads to faster damage

Third: move quickly and impulsively by car

Fourth: Carrying more weight than what is allowed for the car or towing another car with your car
