In my early twenties I searched high and low for a rust-free Z car, and I finally found one just south of Fresno, CA. For the next few years I drove it everywhere, and I even lived in it for 3 months one summer. (Yep, it was awesome.)
Eventually I moved out of state and had to store it in a garage in Idaho where it sat for 6 long years. When I finally moved back and got my Z out of storage, the car had clearly suffered. Battery, tires, and fluids needed to be changed, but worst of all, the master cylinder had leaked - adding rust to my once pristine Z.
Now, my mission is to get my Z free of rust and running again, and then update it for the present day with a new dash, taillights, and a full engine swap from a donor 280zx. Any and all advice welcome!
