I actually got this PLDT HOME Wi-Fi from as provisioned by our company as we transition in working from home due to the pandemic.

as per PLDT regarding Disconnection (https://pldthome.com/customerterms)
4.) The Service shall be permanently disconnected if you are unable to reload value into your account one hundred eighty (180) days after fully consuming your prepaid balance.
PLDT does not allow reconnection if your Service was permanently disconnected. Please make sure to have enough regular load or FamLoad to prevent damages or losses arising from permanent disconnection of the Service.
Your Number associated with the disconnected Service cannot be reacquired. You need to avail of a new SIM bundled with the Modem to use the Service again.
Your assigned Number will be useable for as long as your Service is active and cannot be changed at any time.
