In this video I go through a detailed, start to finish, fabrication of a full exhaust system on a 1983 Ossella FA1D Historic F1 car, powered by a Cosworth DFV. All pipework is 0.8mm wall thickness for weight reduction and so we used the higher temp graded 321 Stainless Steel. The headers are 2" OD, and the tailpipes are 2.5" OD.
