New Orleans native Charlie Andrews demonstrates on how to make his delicious Peanut butter cookies from scratch. Peanut butter cookies were created by the late George Washington Carver. He was an African American Agricultural inventor who came up with 3 different cookie recipes using peanuts. By 1920, peanut butter was invented and from there the cookie became known as the peanut butter cookie. This recipe calls for 20 cookies.
