Jay has served 14 years in the military including 10 years in the SAS. He was on the most recent series of SAS Who Dares Wins and has climbed Everest TWICE!

We chatted about what it takes to make it in the military, the mental challenges of service and retirement, and the time his summit of Everest turned into something from a horror movie.
