This week we revisit how to calibrate your oven. This is intended for the knob style stoves. In the video I explain how to test your oven for temperature correctness and how to fix it if you find it is either too hot or not hot enough. If you don't have a knob like this to adjust your oven temperature, you should consult your owner's manual or call a professional.
