How many vegetables should I eat a day?
I'm going to try all the vegetables that have different colors of regular flower ingredients!
Instead of mixing two or three ingredients, they are seven side dishes that can be made with only one ingredient.
It's easy to prepare and make ingredients, and of course, it tastes good!

[Two zucchinis]
1. Cut the zucchini in half and cut it sideways.
2. Put them all in a pan, add 3 pinch of salt and a little bit of oil, put them over the heat, wet them, and cook the zucchini over medium-low heat for 4-5 minutes.
3. Open the lid and turn it over, season with 1 teaspoon of Crushed Red Pepper and 1 1/2 tablespoon of tuna liquid, and cook while mixing roughly.
4. Turn off the heat, sprinkle sesame salt, add a little pepper and perilla oil, and it's done.

[Two carrots]
1. Cut carrots in half and cut them long in the longitudinal direction.
2. Place all in a pan, mix with 2 pinch of salt and a little bit of oil, cover and cook for 3 to 4 minutes.
3. Open the lid, put it on medium high heat, bake it until it's golden brown, turn off the heat, add 2 tablespoons of Whole Grain Mustard, and mix it.

[Three eggplants]
1. Make a cut on the shell of the eggplant (select)
2. Cut in half and cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Add eggplant to pan and 2 pinch of salt to drain moisture.
4. Add a little oil, add 2/3 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of tomato sauce, and when it boils down thickly, turn off the heat and mix it with a little pepper, sesame salt, and grain syrup.

1. Cut the pepper in half and prepare it.
2. Put a little oil in the pan and add the pepper.
3. Add a pinch of salt and stir-fry for 30 seconds.
4. Mix 1 tablespoon mirin, 2/3 tablespoon soy sauce, 2/3 tablespoon tuna liquid, and 1 tablespoon red pepper powder.
5. Turn off the heat and add a little bit of oligosaccharide, sesame salt, and sesame oil to complete.

[2 cups of garlic]
1. Cut garlic in half.
2. Put it in a pan, add oil, and stir-fry until the Arin flavor is gone.
3. Mix 2 tablespoons of Mirim, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of Crushed Red Pepper, 1 tablespoon of red pepper paste, 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce, and 2 tablespoon of water.
4. Cover and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
5. Turn off the heat and add a little bit of sweet grain syrup or oligosaccharide and put perilla oil on it.

[A block of tofu]
1. Place a block of tofu on a dry pan.
2. Divide tofu into 4 pieces first and bake it by turning each side.
3. Cut into bite-size pieces on top of pan and cover with some salt and oil.
4. Mix 2 tablespoons of mirin, 2/3 tablespoons of tuna liquid, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 3 tablespoons of tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon of red pepper powder, and 1 teaspoon of non-refining source.
5. Boil it down, turn off the heat, and cover it with sesame salt and perilla oil.

[Four mushrooms]
1. Cut it in half and then cut it in the longitudinal direction.
2. Stir-fry in a pan to slightly blow away moisture.
3. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
4. When it becomes yellowish, add oil, season with pink salt, turn off the heat, and sprinkle pepper to complete.
