Southeast Missourian assistant publisher Lucas Presson presents the newspaper's Spirit of America Award to former federal judge Stephen Limbaugh Sr. on July 4, 2021 at the Arena Park Grandstand. Limbaugh is the 19th recipient of the award, which is presented annually by the Southeast Missourian on Independence Day.
