EASY BLACKENED SALMON RECIPE SUPER DELICIOUS
1lb of salmon
1 lemon
1 tablespoon and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of onion powder
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
2 tablespoons of butter
INSTRUCTIONS
Remove skin from salmon as seen in the video. Clean salmon with lime and lukewarm water. Pat the salmon fillets dry using a paper towel. Season the salmon with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil, 1 teaspoon of old bay seasoning , 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and
1 teaspoon of seasoning salt
Place a cast iron skillet on the stove at high heat 6/7 add 2 tablespoon of butter and 1/2 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Once the skillet get good and hot add the salmon fillets. Let them cook for 7 to 8 minutes on each side as seen in the video. After both side are cooked remove salmon from pan.
