This cheesy potato pie is similar to scallops potatoes but with way more flavor, easy and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Cheesy Potato Pie
2-3 lbs potatoes
1 cup evaporated milk/ or any milk
2-3 cups cheese / your choice
1 tbsp butter
1 cup finely chopped, garlic, onion, bell peppers and pimento peppers if available
Salt to taste
1 tsp all purpose seasoning

Bake at 350 degree Fahrenheit for about 25 minutes or until top is nice & golden.
