Once we learned that, West Chester was the home of the peach back in 1898, we knew it would be fun to connect to history in a delicious way! So we went to a local West Chester Orchard, hand-picked some locally grown peaches, and made our favorite summer dessert – peach pie! Angela Payson and her daughter, Juliette, visit Highland Orchards and bake pie together for the COCOON team.
