A champion player that never uses ball cam? It doesn't seem possible, but a few weeks ago I found TWO such players and made a video where I both interviewed and watched them play. Understandably, the comment section of that video had a lot to say about these unique players. But as often is the case, a large portion of the comments questioned whether this was actually rocket league champion gameplay. Yes many comments by plat and diamond players pointed out that the car cam champ gameplay was slow, lacked mechanics or just way worse than how they play in their lower ranked games. In this video, so of the most toxic and cocky commenters will take to the field to try to prove that they are better. Half flips, air dribbles, flicks, speed flips and did I already mention Half Flips? These mechanics seem to be VERY important to the platinum and diamond players in the comments. But will they actually perform those mechanics when given the chance? Can a diamond beat a champ with no ball cam in Rocket League?
