My ASMR reiki session today has a very special guest. I did spiritual cleansing, negative energy cleansing, crown chakra healing and special sleep therapy with my girlfriend. Hope you'll like it!

You have long requested that I practice a reiki session with a real person. And finally I convinced my girlfriend for this session. And I think we did a great job together. Didn't it?

The crown chakra represents the connection with the divine system. We receive the life energy from the infinite source into our energy body with the crown chakra. Balancing this chakra allows life energy to flow easily to all other chakras in our body. With this chakra, which reflects the infinity of the soul, we can become more aware of our divine self by removing all our negative blockages.

I tried to prepare my girlfriend mentally and spiritually for this special session with using the healing water and branches. And I tried to detect negative energies and remove them by pulling them. Thus, we can do the crown chakra balancing more easily by using delta waves. Did you see the special red crystal? Yes, it is very effective to balance all chakras. Especially for the crown chakra.

I wanted to use my Reiki techniques a lot in this session. Especially relaxing hand movements, reiki symbols and energy flows will give you a great ASMR trigger.
