After experiencing service level issues with their previous supplier and the move to a new premises in the pipeline, Whitchurch Road Surgery entrusted Linc Telecom to provide a complete refresh of their telecoms services.

Following an engaging and consultative sales process including several client testimonials, Linc Telecom has deployed a site wide Wi-Fi solution, enhanced internet access, integration to the surgery clinical software and a multiuser cloud telephony platform. The new solution supports flexible working, call recording and a call analytics package providing the management team the ability to closely measure KPI’s.
