Built in 2002, the last renovation was carried out in 2014.

The complex consists of ten separate 2-story Select Villas (located around the pool, all overlooking the golf courses) and one Presidential Villa.

The hotel accommodates guests with disabilities, there are also ramps on the premises, wheelchairs (for an additional fee) and special equipment in the pool.
