Today, we'll be playing one of the most anticipated #nftgame and #crypto projects of 2022, the long awaited "Fortnite Killer", #kiraverse.

Kiraverse is an upcoming metaverse third person shooter battle royale JPEG collection deathmatch blockchain crypto economy game made by "triple A" developer Param Labs. The other day, they opened their beta test to the public. I had a chance to give the game a try, and after spending a few hours in the game, I'm unimpressed.

Kiraverse looks and feels like a low effort asset flip, and the version they provided us for the beta is a very incomplete product. Also, it is literally just the Lyra Unreal Engine Starter Project, except somehow even worse. We need to stop accepting unfinished games as "betas". If your game is missing all of the features that you advertise, then you can't say it's in a beta, it's not even close to done!

Today, we also introduce the lore of the GameStop NFT marketplace. We explored another game in the past that was on this marketplace, Gods Unchained, but the volume for that game is so low on the marketplace it wasn't even worth mentioning.

I couldn't prove that Kiraverse is an asset flip, so definitely do your own research there. However, if you do manage to find an example of the assets they have used in game on the Unreal Asset store, I'd definitely be interested in seeing that!
