There is a straightforward way to know if you have a problem with people pleasing, and I reveal this in the meditation. People pleasing in itself is a symptom of a deeper issue root cause and with this session I intend to help you both end unhealthy people pleasing and also put in place the other missing pieces you need to maintain a healthy relationship with others and with yourself.

In this session I tackle the various reasons you may have been taught or coerced into people pleasing and also go beyond this because people pleasing cannot be treated in isolation; it is a symptom, not a cause. Listen repeatedly to help build the new pathways in your brain.
