0:00 - Intro
0:26 - Remove the air-box
0:51 - Remove the crank case breather hose
1:16 - Remove the hoses for your radiator overflow
1:26 - Undo your MAP sensor, remove the wiring clip and vacuum hose and put to the side
1:54 - Remove the injector wiring loom
2:09 - Remove the fuel return lines
2:43 - Grab a 17mm spanner and loosen each of the fuel lines
2:52 - Grab an 18mm spanner and loosen the nuts of the fuel lines on the fuel rail side
3:06 - Remove rails remembering their order. Be sure to cover the holes with some clean rags - SUPER IMPORTANT EVERYTHING STAYS VERY CLEAN
3:36 - Move the wiring harness up out of the way completely exposing the injectors
3:50 - Remove the locating bolts holding the injectors in place
4:26 - Remove the injectors themselves
6:12 - Mark which injectors are going in which hole, front of the engine being cylinder 1. Back of the engine being cylinder 4
6:27 - Use some anti seize and apply to the bottom half of the injector. Don't put any on the injector nozzle itself
6:51 - Coat the remaining injectors
6:56 - Time to reinstall. Grab your marked injector #1, make a note or take a pic of it's codes, and install into it's new home. Make sure you remember to add the black rubber washer with the channel downwards
7:17 - Grab the injector bracket and locate into the slots of the injector
7:25 - Screw down the injector bolt
7:31 - Complete this process for the other 3 injectors
8:02 - Grab your torque wrench, double check your injector torque amount (google it) and torque the injector bolts
8:27 - Reinstall the injector wiring harness, reconnect to the new injectors
8:42 - Reinstall the fuel rails in the right order from earlier
9:14 - Reinstall the fuel return hoses
9:29 - Tighten each of the fuel rails, 17mm and 18mm spanners. Do this progressively both sides, have to be careful not to 'twist' the injector
10:04 - Reinstall the MAP sensor and plug the vacuum hose and wire clip back in
10:27 - Reconnect the radiator overflow hose
10:36 - Reconnect the crankcase vent hose
10:45 - Reinstall your air-box and connect the hose and 2x sensors
11:03 -Go over your work and double check you have connected everything and haven't missed anything
11:20 - Reconnect your battery. Turn the key, leave it in the pre-ignition stage to prime the fuel for 30 seconds, start the engine. Check for leaks

The engine should run OK here, generally speaking you need to get your new injectors 'coded' to the engine's ECU for optimum performance. This can be done at some workshops and most dealers.

I hope you found this guide useful and if you have give it a quick thumbs up! All the notes are in the description so if you'd like a paper copy simply cut and paste.
