I’ve See that a lot of people were Confused, so here’s an explanation.

Context: Mineta s3xually Assault3d/ Harass3d Momo. Mina, Uraraka, and Hagakure are discussing the situation. He tried to blame it on the alcohol but Kirishima and Bakugou noticed that he didn’t drink at all.

I also saw some people discussing how it was possible because of how they are 16 and not even able to drink. The legal age of drinking in Japan is 18. (info found on google so please tell me if i’m wrong) So I guess in this AU they would be 3rd years.
