This month's video is a little different, and much of it was written in a spur-of-the-moment bout of anger, so forgive me if it's a little incohesive. As such, I may wind up deleting it, but I felt the need to voice my opinion on the latest instalment of what I consider to be one of my favourite childhood (and adulthood) franchises - Toy Story.

This video begins by taking a retrospective look at the first three movies, and how I perceive the third in relation to the previous two. But then the latter half discusses Toy Story 4, and how I consider it to be a 'Toy Story too far', if you will. Looking back, I probably should not have opened the review by critiquing Bo's new look as it conveys itself as a little petty, and I feel my point is a little lost. What I meant was that her new persona is so jarring, that she and Woody appear far less compatible to me than they were in Toy Story and its first sequel.

Anyway, see what you make of it. I love the original trilogy, but unlike many other cinemagoers, this one just didn't hit the right notes at all. It's not often I'm in the minority when it comes to critical reception of Pixar movies, but I genuinely feel as though I saw a different movie entirely.
