The Estates Division is a new luxury offering by Grupo Vidanta. Buildings are now under construction in Nuevo Vallarta, Riviera Maya and East Cape, just north of San Jose del Cabo.

At Nuevo Vallarta, the Estates Division property is located across the Ameca River on the northern edge of the state of Jalisco. The property is north of the Puerto Vallarta International Airport runway and extends to the river. The Nayar and Norman golf courses and the golf academy and driving range are all located on the new Estates Division property.

One building is open and occupied. Management calls this building Building 3. Building 3 offers 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom suites. The 4 bedroom suites are two stories tall and wonderful places to spend a week or two, even if there are only two of you. The 3 bedroom suite is the combination of 1 and 2 bedroom units that can be attached and accessed through a doorway in the living areas of both units.

Accommodations are well appointed and comfortable. Staying in this unit makes one feel you are in your own home. This video shows our first opportunity to spend a week in the Exclusive Estates Division property.
