CHEESECUIT

Bahan Whipecream:
100gr whipping cream bubuk (10.000)
200ml air es
-mixer kecepatan tinggi selama 4 menit
1 sachet kental manis (1500)
160gr keju oles prochiz (12.000)
-mixer kecepatan tinggi selama 1 menit

Bahan Celupan:
1 sachet skm putih (1500)
150ml air matang

Bahan Lainnya:
45 keping biskuit malkist (16.500)

15 wadah thinwall uk 120ml (9600)
15 sendok kecil (750)

Toping: (5000)
1. secukupnya glaze matcha+matcha bubuk
2. secukupnya glaze cokelat+cokelat bubuk
3. secukupnya cokelat bubuk+crispy ball
4. secukupnya keju parut+chocochip
5. secukupnya remahan malkist+cokelat bubuk

Modal -+ Rp 56.850 jadi 15 pcs.
Modal per pcs= 56.850 : 15 = 3790

Jika jual 6000/pcs, omset= 6000x15 = 90.000
Untung= omset - modal
= 90.000 - 56.850
= 33.200
