Stuffed Squid
Let’s complete our inihaw party with our favorite stuffed squid! No need to buy outside, when you can make your own version at home!
Serves 3 to 5.
Ingredients:
Set A:
3 pcs. squid (1 kilo)
4 Tbsps. calamansi juice
¼ cup Datu Puti Soy Sauce
½ tsp. UFC ground pepper
Set B:
1 pc. red onion, chopped
1 pc. tomato, diced
1 pc. thumb-sized ginger, minced
1 tsp. black pepper
1 stalk leeks, chopped
