Der Dichtungs-Montageautomat Typ DAW100-F-1/2.K wurde entwickelt, um Dichtungen vollautomatisch und umlaufend in Kunststoff-Flügelelemente einzubringen. Die Bearbeitung erfolgt in horizontaler Lage.
Der Dichtungseinziehautomat 'GLASDICHTUNG' verfügt über zwei Montageköpfe, die je nach Anforderung die Glasdichtung von oben in das Profil einbringen.
An der Anlage ist eine Wendeeinheit angebracht, die die Flügel seitlich festspannt und auf die andere Seite dreht.
Der Dichtungseinziehautomat 'ANSCHLAGDICHTUNG' ist mit zwei Montageköpfen ausgestattet, die je nach Anforderung die Anschlagdichtung oder die Q-LON-Dichtung in das Profil einbringen.
Transportachsen an den Arbeits- und Transporttischen dienen dem Ein- und Austransport.
