Typical example of northeast Saskatchewan spring run off. In this series of clips, the ice and logs caused a jam about 2 pm which broke free and about an hour later a second jam built up. Though the road to the bridge is closed, locals can be seen walking and driving over the bridge. Ice hitting the bridge has caused it to move.
