It has been over a year since our visit to the open house for the Chicago and North Western steam locomotive #1385's rebuild at SPEC Machine. On February 22, 2015, we've returned to the facility in Middleton, Wisconsin for their second open house as a lot of progress has been made during that one year time-span. Midwest Zephyr Media not only presents you the full coverage, but also the excitement of this historical locomotive's return to steam in the near future.
