Tiramisu Cake Recipe without cream cheese!

Ingredients
200 ml milk
30 grams sugar
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp instant coffee
80 grams white chocolate
40 grams butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
100 grams chocolate ladyfingers, chopped
2 layers sponge cakes
50 grams milk chocolate , 50 grams white chocolate
1 tbsp instant coffee
40 grams hot cream
150 grams whipped cream
2 tbsp coffee ganache ,chilled
2 tbsp lukewarm coffee ganache
