【如何改善中醫師的培訓以滿足現代醫療需求？】

現時，中醫師的資格考試限制了對臨床實踐能力的評估，加上培訓機制尚未系統化，導致中醫師臨床訓練的不足 ，中醫師之間的專業能力亦存在差距。隨著明年香港將有首間中醫醫院啟用 ，應透過哪些措施改善中醫師的培訓，以確保能夠滿足現代醫療需求，並在香港的醫療體系中發揮更重要的角色 ？
團結香港基金（基金會）發表新一份題為《促中醫系統發展 助全人照顧實踐》的政策倡議報告。報告指出，隨着本港人口老化和慢性疾病日益普遍，政府積極推動以預防為重的醫療改革，聚焦基層醫療發展。中醫「治未病」和整體調理的理念與基層醫療發展的發展方向相輔相成。有見中醫服務近年獲得廣泛關注和認可，使用中醫服務的人次亦錄得顯著增長，香港應借此契機促進中醫系統性發展並更深層融入醫療體系。敬請留意！

【How to improve the training of Chinese medicine practitioners to meet modern healthcare needs? 】

At present, the limitations of the licensing exam for Chinese medicine practitioners (CMP) and the lack of a systematic training system result in inadequate clinical training and professional disparities among CMPs. With the opening of Hong Kong's first Chinese Medicine Hospital next year, what measures can be taken to enhance the training of CMPs, ensuring they meet modern healthcare needs and play a more significant role within Hong Kong's healthcare system?
Our Hong Kong Foundation (OHKF) is launching its latest policy advocacy report titled “Transforming Chinese Medicine through System Development and Integration.” This report highlights that, as Hong Kong faces an aging population and an increasing prevalence in chronic diseases, the Government is actively driving healthcare reform to focus more on prevention by strengthening primary healthcare. Chinese medicine (CM), with its principles of “preventive treatment of diseases (治未病)” and holistic care, aligns perfectly with this direction. Given the growing recognition of CM, as demonstrated by increased usage in recent years, Hong Kong should seize this opportunity to facilitate the CM system development and deepen its integration into the healthcare system.
