All that is required is your time to troubleshoot as shown in this video, and a digital multimeter with AC/DC voltage up to 100V, as well as an OHMS range up to 10M or 20M. The video was created for GY6 125/150cc scooters, but the test procedures outlined in this video likely also apply to 50cc's as well.
