In this Video we start off by adding some Herbs and Spices to a store-bought Mayo. After that we create a Spicy Honey Mustard Glaze. Then we make a Chicken Rub to put on our Chicken Thighs. Once that is done, we fire up the Drum Smoker. Then we Smoke the Thighs until almost done then add our Spicy Honey Mustard Glaze followed by Monterey Jack Cheese...yum! Then we assemble our Sandwich using Hawaiian Buns, Lettuce, Tomato, more Spicy Honey Mustard Glaze and our jazzed-up Mayo. These Sandwiches are addicting it's hard to eat just one!
